It plays a pivotal role in our HR service delivery model, ensuring the smooth operation of HR workstreams, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, policy compliance, and offboarding.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Function as a point of contact for employees and management to foster a responsive HR service delivery model
- Manage onboarding processes and systems, including new hire training initiatives to support learning arcs
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee the recruitment process, including position descriptions, sourcing activities, and selection practices
- Works closely with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job descriptions
- Coordinate offboarding processes and systems, including departure details, exit interviews, and communications
- Maintains HR policy compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, FLSA, and other local, state, and federal laws
- Assist and partake in conducting employee investigations and performance management sessions
- Participate in projects such as upgrading HR systems and implementing new HR technology
- Assist with compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive pay levels in the market
- Collaborate with the HR team to support projects and initiatives to develop along the learning arc
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated skill in managing workload effectively and seeing projects through to completion
- Exhibits resourcefulness commensurate with a level of urgency to meet customer needs
- 2-4 years of human resources experience performing HR operations workstreams
- 0-2 years of HR generalist experience working across HR functions of the employee lifecycle
- Experience with payroll accounting and processing administration is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
- Master’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred
- Demonstrated prowess with HRIS systems, including recruiting and web-savvy research
- Exhibits drive and quickly develop, advancing along a planned learning arc
- Regular Full-Time (RFT)
- Exempt professional
