The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a HR Manager for an impactful non-profit with a local, community-based mission. This role will oversee a broad range of HR functions from recruiting to employee wellness and is a great opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team. Responsibilities Include:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process
Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment
Develop employee wellness programs and activities
Maintain HRIS and ATS and ensure all data is compliant and accurate
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree, HR Credentialing a plus
3+ years' of relevant HR experience
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
