Bip.Monticello Consulting, a high-end management consulting firm specializing in the global financial services industry, is seeking a HR Project Manager to join our team to provide a broad range of Human Resources (HR) services to client groups. As a Management Consultant at Bip.Monticello, you will be challenged to utilize your analytical problem solving, leadership, and communication skills in new ways as you lead teams through various strategic initiatives for our clients.

Our team will collaborate on strategic business and HR programs by partnering with the Human Resources line of business experts, and project teams. The HR Project Manager will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and /or other team members and is responsible for project delivery by establishing project milestones and governance structures throughout the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.


The Work You Will Do at Bip.Monticello:

The consultant will work closely with client HR management and other Bip.Monticello team members to deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency. The HR Project manager will be responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle and partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed. Coordination will be required with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions are successful.


Key to this role will be the consultant’s problem-solving skills, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with all key stakeholders including, HRA, manager, employee, Employee Relations (ER), Legal, as well as build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability ensuring our deliverables meet the client’s expectations and are delivered 100% on time.


Required Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience working with projects in the Global Markets, Global Banking, Finance, or Treasury space.
  • Prior Banking experience working in HR, and/or projects across various departments including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, etc.
  • 5+ years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable US Employment laws
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Translate HR line of business (LOB) priorities into actionable deliverables and structured project plans.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience with large audiences / senior leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred.

**The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000**
