Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.).
Proactively organize and host job fairs, attend community events, and visit colleges to attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in real estate or property management.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience organizing and attending job fairs, community events, and college visits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
