HR Systems Analyst (Contract)

About the Role

This position entails configuring, implementing, and supporting Ariat’s HR Systems to maximize enterprise productivity, quality, and user experience. In this role, the resource will serve as a SuccessFactors (SF) subject matter expert for the HR Team and across the company, focusing on Onboarding and Employee Central modules. The incumbent will ensure system implementations including data cleansing and mapping, configuration, testing, launches, enhancements, or other changes are planned for success in the business.

  • Serving as an internal subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central modules.
  • Focusing on data cleansing and migration, creating, implementing, maintaining, performing, producing support, and documenting SuccessFactors technologies.
  • Participating in the implementation of additional SuccessFactors modules as required.
  • Maintaining and updating system configurations.
  • Maintenance of SuccessFactors production and test environments
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring for projects.
  • Depending on assignment, frequent requirements to work with confidential data such as payroll and employee information.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite; especially Employee Central and Onboarding
  • Familiarity with Configuration details and Role-Based Permissions within SuccessFactors
  • The ideal candidate will have SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding configuration experience.
  • Performing data validation, cleansing, and migration tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of HR systems, data structures, and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
  • Acting as a liaison between HR and IT departments, facilitating communication and alignment on projects and initiatives.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for IT development teams.
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics to visualize HR data and KPIs.
  • Providing training and support to HR users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by participating in process reviews and optimization projects.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education or experience.
  • At least 5+ years of related HRIS experience, configuring and implementing system solutions within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with ADP plus other HR systems HCM, BambooHR, Kronos preferred, in a global, multi-tenant environment.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors at both user and design levels is ideal.
  • Experience in driving HR cycles forward across varying maturity levels.
  • Proven track record in leading SF implementation projects across multiple countries.
  • Strong aptitude for designing and generating HR reports for analysis purposes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment, offering pragmatic, effective solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering engagement and buy-in across diverse cultures.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with a professional level in Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English is essential.

The hourly range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.


The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance options and 401k.
