NorthStar is seeking a 26 week on/off MD to join our stable team in Elkin, NC! Hugh Chatham is located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina! Excellent compensation! $600K Annually + Sign-on bonus increased to $60K! Great Work/Life Balance!
Overview: 3 MD model, 1 doc working each day and they rotate thru a cycle: Doc 1 works M, Tu Fri Sat Sun Doc 2 works W, Thu and Doc 3 is off for the week. Call is 48 hours then 2 days off then 72hr call for the weekend then 48 hours off. Then 48 hours on then off for the next 10 days.
Case Mix: General, ortho, ent, total joint, block proficient, MDs do epidurals and CRNAs are back up. NO trauma, NO hearts!
