How You'll Make an Impact
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR services to our clients, playing a crucial role in their success and ours. Responsibilities include:
Conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Managing full-cycle HR functions from recruitment to employee relations
Advising on and managing payroll processes
Designing and conducting training programs
Handling employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions
Collaborating with management and contributing to strategic HR improvements
Your Qualifications
8-10 years of HR management or director-level experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Expertise in California labor laws and regulations
Experience With Unions And Strong Payroll Processing Skills
HR certification preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet and video conferencing capabilities
Willingness to travel to client sites in the San Diego area as needed
