Talent Acquisition Analyst

Hybrid- 1 day per week on-site Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and analyzing metric-based reports and dashboards related to Talent Acquisition. This role will focus on examining data for internal and external employment trends, suggesting process improvements, and managing other technical projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze Talent Acquisition metric-based reports and dashboards.
• Utilize ICIMS Reporting Dashboard for data extraction and visualization.
• Analyze data to identify employment trends and areas for process improvement.
• Manage multiple projects, including data input and analytics.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data from complex databases.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of business analytics experience.
• Experience with gathering analytics from various database complexities.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and data systemization skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with ICIMS Reporting Dashboard is preferred.
