We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member's care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

Overview:

Atria is seeking a versatile and highly organized HR coordinator to join the Atria team. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience, with experience coordinating calendars, managing projects and administratively supporting HR and recruiting team members. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced and growth oriented environment. The coordinator will be based in our Manhattan headquarters and will be on-site all days to collaborate with the People team and ensure we provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Facilitates the processes that support various functional areas within Human Resources
  • Schedules meetings and interviews working alongside the team
  • Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Create offer letters for review
  • Maintain all employee records accurately, including new hires, terminations, and change in status
  • Assist in implementing processes that align with the company's recruitment, onboarding and training objectives
  • Facilitate and coordinate interviews, onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the employee experience by promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with other departments to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are communicated effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and performs other related duties as assigned


Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Location: Onsite 100% in our New York office

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in Human Resources, experience in clinical setting is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job
