Who We're Looking For
Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, and UKG software.
Comfortable in a dynamic environment with frequent task changes.
Excellent at managing details to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Proactive in follow-ups, displaying courtesy and helpfulness.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lead and influence, backed by a robust work ethic and integrity.
Team player who can collaborate across functions and promotes a fun work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Coordinate training and manage logistics for new hire orientations.
Maintain accurate records, including employee files and compliance documentation.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and other training as needed.
Handle HR-related inquiries and manage HR department schedules and travel arrangements.
Perform data collection, report creation, and manage department accounting tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or trade certification preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with office machinery and web-based tools.
Experience with UKG and Concur is advantageous.
