Direct HR functions across multiple divisions, including office and manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the integration of top talent and maintaining fair and equitable compensation practices.
Foster a culture of open communication, address employee concerns, and lead performance management initiatives, promoting continuous learning and development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop HR policies to mitigate risks, and stay informed about HR trends to proactively address compliance issues.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5-7+ years of HR leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities; proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into actionable HR strategies; strong detail orientation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
