[HYBRID] Business Systems Administrator (ERP customization exp. req.) Description
Our client, an industrial manufacturer, is looking to add a Business Systems Administrator to their team just outside of La Vergne, TN. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work 2 days from home with flexibility to choose those days as well. In this role, you’ll maintain business operations by providing application support and testing during software implementations and conversions while offering ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting. To be chosen for this role, you must have experience supporting ERP systems with design, customization, and testing. A background with Epicor is a huge plus. Aside from the right technical acumen, they’re looking for a communicative, hands-on contributor who enjoys solving problems with technology across different business units while proactively seeking out new ways to contribute to ongoing projects. This is a small IT Team of 4 so you’ll be exposed to more areas within the organization allowing for faster skill progression. [HYBRID] Business Systems Administrator (ERP customization exp. req.) Responsibilities
Create, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP system
Recommend and execute ERP solutions that maximize operational efficiency
Manage data transfers, exports, and changes
Develop reporting solutions with various tools
Advise on database design and support
Monitor and update application systems regularly
Perform ongoing maintenance and testing
Assist with technical issues and user training
Collaborate across business units and communicate effectively
Attend management meetings and report on IT project status

Minimum 1 Year Of ERP Development Experience Required
SQL and C# programming experience required
NET framework experience required
Able to work onsite 3 days each week required
