POSTION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and will provide supervision for the Maintenance I&E Technicians supporting Houston, Harmon Creek, and Bluestone processing facilities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations
Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline. Champions sound operational practices, including adherence to site and corporate operational policies, and effective procedure management and use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Develops and sustains culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities. Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives
Adheres to Work Management Process by preparing weekly maintenance schedules, communicates daily/weekly job assignments, and oversees completion. Leads Outage planning and execution
Works closely with Reliability for an effective predictive and preventive maintenance program for electrical assets.
Coordinates with Support services including Scheduling/Planning, Procurement, Controls, Safety, IT/OT, Environmental, etc.
Point of contact for electric power providers to ensure supply is meeting demand and to coordinate planned outages and recover from any unplanned outages.
Drives successful implementation of maintenance plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of maintenance reporting and metrics
Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback
Assists with development and adherence to the maintenance budget
Assists with development of I&E procedures and standardization of electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED is required
Leadership experience preferred
Five (5) years Electrical or Instrumentation Maintenance experience
Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry; Midstream preferred
College degree or advanced educational certifications preferred
Must hold a valid Driver License and have an excellent driving record
Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and background check
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Applicants must be professional, have a positive attitude and be a team player
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once
Travel requirements include regular visitation to each of the three processing facilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Advanced Degree preferred
Prior Leadership experience preferred
Five (5) years Electrical or Instrumentation Maintenance experience
Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, specifically Midstream preferred
