IAM Business Analyst - Part Time

Responsibilities

Kforce's healthcare client in Seattle has a 100% remote, short term, part-time (approx 15 hours per week) 2 month contract for a IAM Business Analyst to support an IAM stabilization effort. The Analyst will be working with the IAM Engineering team. Tasks include:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current access management processes
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings
• Assist in the development of future state process improvements
• Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience working in an enterprise IAM environment
• Experience in gathering requirements and strong documentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
• Process analysis and documentation experience
• Expert experience using Visio
• Experience working successfully in a remote environment with your own home equipment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication abilities
• Must provide their own home equipment for this project
• Must work PST hours
• Must clear a criminal background check
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
