Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including visas, green cards, citizenship, and deportation defense
Prepare and file complex legal documents, such as petitions, applications, appeals, and waivers
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and regulations
Develop effective legal strategies to achieve clients' desired outcomes
Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients in a compassionate and understanding manner
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
Manage a caseload effectively and meet all deadlines
Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
License to practice law in the state of GA or any state (or ability to obtain one)
Minimum 4 years of experience in immigration law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in legal research and writing
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Compassion and understanding for the challenges faced by immigrants
Fluency in Foreign Language (a plus)
