Job Description
A varied role, as Immigration Attorney, you will:
On behalf of corporate clients you will assist with a variety of immigration matters for clients
EB1-3
I-140 initiations
Some H-1B, NIW, PERM work too
Guide clients through immigration strategy and solutions
Perform immigration due diligence work
The Successful Applicant
The successful Immigration Attorney/ Business Immigration Attorney will have demonstrable experience:
JD from an accredited law school
2-3 years immigration experience
Collaborative - worked with attorneys, paralegals and other legal staff
Strong communicator with excellent verbal/ written communication skills
Collaborative, able to build effective relationships/ networks, internally & externally
Commitment to excellent customer service, working sensitively and efficiently on behalf of clients
