Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to join our national business immigration practice at one of our offices in Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience handling employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
We prioritize individuals who exhibit enthusiasm for client service and demonstrate initiative.The estimated annual base salary range for this position is currently $130,000 – $180,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
Candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience will be considered
