What You Will Be Doing
- Provide legal advice on immigration law matters.
- Represent clients in asylum or removal proceedings.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as legal memoranda, briefs, appeals, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues.
- Provide frequent case updates to clients.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of the Bar Association.
- A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law
- A minimum of one year of experience in asylum or removal proceedings
- Admitted to practice law in any state in the US
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with handling a high volume of cases
