Position Summary
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead a team of Implementation Specialists who support new and existing clients throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and is passionate about team member development. This position will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. This position will report to the Director of Implementation.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process
Collaborate cross-functionally, such as with Sales and Account Management, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding
Handle and resolve escalated client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Experience And Skills
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Minimum 2-3 years of client success or client implementation experience
Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Education And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health care, public health, or business administration
