Night Shift - $3.50 Shift Premium

Purpose of Role: The industrial electrical technician will have a combination of working advanced electrical knowledge as well as a working knowledge in mechanical systems. This position will provide support for various types of equipment. The candidate will handle assigned opportunities that can include troubleshooting, making repairs, and performing preventative maintenance tasks to minimize impact to production and improve equipment reliability. To be successful in this role, the following qualities are critical: possess the ability to learn new processes and systems, maintain integrity with all daily activities, work with limited supervision, advanced electrical skills, and an understanding of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting and repair of various electrical and mechanical equipment.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.

Electrical Projects: Ability to perform basic electrical construction and project work

Work Order Management: Respond in a timely manner to work order or management requests

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment as an electrical technician
