Where the Chemistry Happens:

As an Industrial-Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a small, dynamic, and inclusive team who enjoy comradery while tackling challenges together.

The Process Equipment and Engineering team performs two strategic purposes for the company.

In our research and development function, our team constantly creates state-of-the-art control and analysis systems for managing chemical lines in production facilities. We will research how our customers use our chemicals in their plants, design equipment which can improve the chemical performance or ease of operation, and then prototype new and improved systems that provide value to our customers.

The second function is to assist customers with equipment issues that are affecting our chemical processes in a negative way. We will work directly with customers and sales representatives to evaluate the situation, investigate the root cause of the issue, and develop an equipment solution which will resolve the issue for the customer.
