Summary

Responsible for building and leading industry vertical teams through coaching and developing Account Executives. This position is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and consistency in line with GDH standards and growing revenue/GM/NI through hiring, training, developing (ramping), and retaining Sales Directors and Account Executives, consistently hitting office growth plans (budgets and Internal Headcount), networking, mentoring, and guiding sales teams with creative development strategies.


Essential Functions

• Implementation and execution of companies sales strategy

• Track and maintain operational excellence and consistency by following GDH operating models learned in AE training including, but not limited to, Morning Huddles, Power Hours, A-board meetings, Target Account List management, conducting effective Client Events, Increasing fill ratios through quality JOs with hiring plans and improved interview process, weekly 1- on-1 with all team members, monthly reviews and quarterly reviews of execution of sales strategy, TAL Development, and ramp achievement.

• Hire, train, coach, retain and develop sales teams to GDH standards by following AE hiring methods, training modules, and road maps

• Lead and execute a vision for the growth for the local sales teams that aligns with the annual forecast and plan for execution in the marketplace. Review this plan monthly and quarterly with teams and Executive Leadership.

• Maximize territory potential through developing effective Target Account Lists (TAL) with AEs. Focused on identifying and targeting prospects, qualifying and conducting client meetings, and closing business

• Attend all possible client events every week with each AE to provide first-hand training and feedback and to keep a pulse on the business in the market/markets

• Responsible for attending monthly networking events to expand GDH’s brand and market visibility and holding team accountable to monthly networking requirements

• Source, recruit, and maintain a local pipeline of candidates for your region. This is a weekly activity

• Be a good steward of company money by following GDH travel and expense policies and hold your team accountable to the same

• Actively engage with corporate partners in Accounting, Contracts, and HR to review the overall financial, contractual/compliance, and employment, health and efficiency of the branch operations

Supervisory Responsibility

This position is responsible for supervising a team of Account Executives.


Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel

Some travel is expected for this position, based upon work demands. Not expected to exceed 50%.


Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, required

• 3+ years of I.T. sales experience, required

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ year’s sales experience, preferably in a staffing environment; or equivalent combination of education and training, preferred
