The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in, and a passion for, social media and influencer marketing. In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Living Proof’s current and growing influencer marketing program. Responsibilities will include overseeing ongoing influencer seeding and talent relations; playing a supportive role in overarching talent implementation globally; project managing digital activations and partnerships in coordination with the Influencer Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have proven experience assisting in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, and project managing digital launches. You should have a deep-rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Create content briefs for influencers on a campaign-by-campaign basis
  • Assist in talent discovery; building and maintaining influencer relationships within various verticals for earned and paid executions
  • Support execution of global mailers program, including logistics, market management, and reporting
  • Support execution of paid influencer campaigns from contracts, product sends, creative briefs, and communication
  • Use data and knowledge of space to identify talent for campaigns, meeting brand objectives and goals
  • Assist in managing influencer deliverables programming, including securing products/materials, briefings, tracking and content development
  • Collaborate with social media/content teams to develop 360 programming
  • Identify opportunities to surprise and delight white glove influencers, along with cultural opportunities to engage
  • Analyze and report the effectives of programs and competitive analysis for key stakeholders, using tools such as Creator IQ, Dash Hudson, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date and optimized
  • Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are kept with ongoing check-ins with Consumer Engagement lead

Requirements

  • Beauty influencer marketing, talent relations and/or PR experience preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Talent relationship exposure and understanding of influencer marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the digital beauty landscape
  • Knowledge of international influencers is a plus
  • Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly organized
  • A natural interest and understanding of the influencer marketing space and up-to-date social media trends
  • Undergraduate degree
