Responsible for working directly with the regional sales team to provide direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the company meets its growth targets. Responsible for delivering aid to the sales team and customers as a technical consultant. Develop account relationships to source new sales opportunities, assist in closing incoming sales leads and provide application and product selection support for incoming customer sales leads and sales support channel personnel in the territory.

  • Work in a team environment to establish strong relations with product management, marketing, sales channel, and order management to close sale opportunities.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Provides application and product selection support for incoming customer sales leads and sales support channel personnel in the territory.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up with outbound calls and emails to convert into sales.
  • Work with sales to research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Complete or assist in creating RFQ responses to potential clients.
  • Manage, maintain, and document all incoming sales leads in CRM.
  • Perform online demos to prospective customers.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.


  • Qualification: Must have strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

    Education: BS in Engineering preferred.

    Prior Experience: Entry-level position. Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.

    Travel: In-Frequent travel required, 10%
