The ideal candidate will be licensed to sell Property and Casualty insurance in the state of PA (other insurance products and a NJ license are a plus). You should be able to network to develop new prospects and centers of influence so you can build a client base, and get consistent referrals. You should also be able to work with existing clients of the agency to remarket their insurances (These Free Leads will be Provided to you by the Agency for the Purpose of Helping you to Get off to a Fast Start)

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state
• Ability to pass a background check
• Meet state continuing education requirements
• Ability to use a computer
• Demonstrate great customer service skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Above average analytical skills to determine prospective client needs
• Provide claim assistance to clients

Compensation
