We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our remote team. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in setting departmental goals, fostering strong relationships, overseeing budgets, and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize and Project:
Develop and implement strategic plans for team growth and budget management.
Analyze informational reports to identify new client opportunities, forecast future sales, and align with company objectives.
Understand and respond to customer needs to qualify sales leads and efforts.
Lead And Manage
Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing education for the sales team.
Establish sales territories and quotas, and evaluate the performance of local and regional sales managers.
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess departmental strategies and future sales goals.
Maintain Customer Focus
Work with the team to understand and meet new customer goals, offering tailored solutions.
Address and resolve customer complaints, employee disagreements, and other issues affecting sales operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Administration preferred.
At least one year of direct sales experience.
Technical proficiency with CRM systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
