We are hiring an Integration Architect to join our Professional Services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the integration solution required to integrate TMS customers, carriers, and vendor systems so that it achieves maximum value for customers. This person creates integration solutions to the appropriate needs of the customer, based on MG application and customer’s IT environment. You will also ensure that the integration configuration is set up to meet customer’s IT requirements and technical capabilities.
This position is remote. This opportunity can be 100% virtual from anywhere within the United States.Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the United States without any sponsorship required (currently or in the future).
Responsibilities:
Participate in, and support, integration efforts throughout the entire project lifecycle and during stabilization (new customer implementations, existing customer enhancements)
Define integration solution in conjunction with TMS Workflow
Responsible for integration architecture from MG applications to Client’s systems. Articulates the technical architecture to a customer’s IT team
Drive and support customer development interface efforts to MercuryGate standards or custom needs
Conduct walkthroughs of sample files and mapping documents
Perform GAP analysis between MercuryGate Standards and customer interface capabilities
Provide recommendations based on knowledge of MercuryGate interface capabilities
Identify the need for new custom or base features in conjunction with customer design sessions (always driving towards using base versus custom, from a strategic perspective)
Contribute to the development of technical and integration solutions, based on domain knowledge and project requirements
Ensures compliance with internal and external company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of directly applicable and relevant experience
Industry experience is required: Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation
Knowledge of XML, EDI, CSV
Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and concepts
Experience with transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, API)
Ability to read Java code and debug in Eclipse (or similar)
Experience with mapping software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Analytical, problem solver, logical thinker with attention to detail
Prior experience diagnosing system process issues – gap analysis

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per year (salary), plus a bonus calculated as a percentage of base salary. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
