As a Integration lead you will collaborate with architects & technical teams for overall integration needs required to implement a core-admin ecosystem for health plan customers. In this role, you will receive high impact & visibility as you work with internal & external teams to implement enterprise solutions & technical system implementations. You will bring experience in HealthCare Payor domain integrating core admin platforms (claims, enrollment, provider platforms) and strong communication & problem-solving ability. Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field, 6+ years of relevant work experience in technology integrations.

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare insurance domain (Medicare Advantage / Medicaid or Commercial).

• Exposed to healthcare eco-systems from partners HealthEdge, TriZetto , NASCO, Advantasure or Change Healthcare and experience in technical integration of these eco-systems.

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide software solutions.

• Working experience integrating EDI healthcare transactions (837, 834, 835,270/271, 276/277, 278) with healthcare core administration platforms (Claims adjudication/enrollment).

• Experience working in AWS cloud environment and experience with AWS cloud services.

• Working experience with Agile tools and methodologies.

• Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline philosophy.

• Strong communication skills with peers, customers, and partners & the ability to convey technical information effectively.

• Comfortable in a fully remote environment that relies heavily on asynchronous written collaboration and communication.

• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is a must.

• Bonus: Experience working HealthEdge applications like HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare.


Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Communicate daily with Solution Architect(s) & execute on technical requirements/ projects.

• Act as a lead for internal technical teams & guide offshore teams.

• Integrate Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Authorization, Payment systems.

• Ensure architecture governance compliance.

• Collaborate with partners and internal product teams.

• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and emerging technologies.

• Ensure repeatability and reusability of integration design, process, and code.

• Leading technical conversations and solution discussions with architects, customer and internal teams.

• Mentor technical staff.
