Intellectual Property Counsel @ Private Tech Company

We are currently engaged on an Intellectual Property Counsel search with a private SaaS company in the Cyber and Network Security space. In this role, the IP Counsel will join a growing IP Department and report into the Head of Intellectual Property.

This role can be preformed remotely, with a preference for candidates located in California.

The Intellectual Property Counsel responsibilities include:

• Working to support and build IP and patent portfolio
• Prepare drafts for patent filings
• Support Head of Intellectual Property on all relevant IP matters

The Intellectual Property Counsel requirements include:

• The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in house legal department at a technology company
• JD from a top law school
• Member of US Patent Bar
