The Phoenix office of SmithGroup is looking for a Interior Designer to join our healthcare team.

Working with us, you will:

• Help manage projects, participate in job production and construction administration efforts.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating and completing construction document packages.
• Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate FF&E materials and products.
• Serve as a resource on interior design issues to others in the office, as well as assist in the design work of others to ensure integrated and cohesive design.
• Participate in presentations and visioning sessions to develop programs for clients.
• Be responsible for meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
  
  

An ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience and Health Care projects of varying types and complexity.
• LEED AP preferred. Architectural or Interior Design registration preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with 3-D modeling capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform work involving independent judgment and to act as project coordinator and leader.
• The ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permitting and bidding on projects.
