This candidate will be responsible for underwriting, originating, and structuring transactions. The ideal candidate would also have strong exposure to financial modeling. Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough due diligence and performing complex financial analyses.
Will be apart of the underwriting and origination process for investments with a focus on project and pipeline acquisition.
Valuations and risk assessment for project-level financial models.
Assist the deal team in capital raising and/ or platform financing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance with 2+ years experience in the renewable energy sector or investment management.
Background within project finance or as a project developer. Underwriting experience needed.
Strong financial modeling skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
