We are seeking for Investment Solutions Specialist Consultants with experience in Mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs in NYC, NY and Jersey City, NJ.

Job Requirements
Roles will be focused on onboarding and product development for traditional investment solutions, including mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs across select client programs. This will include onboarding a high volume of strategies in order to enable the integration of the applicable First Republic business.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end onboarding / product development process and ensure completion of all pre-go-live requirements
Driving the review and negotiation of legal agreements between internal stakeholders and third-party asset managers
Confirming commercial terms with third party asset managers
Conducting analyses to select the most appropriate mutual fund share class for use in discretionary/advisory programs, in accordance with firm policies and fiduciary responsibilities
Partnering with the Chief Data Office to verify requisite licenses are in place for the purpose of conducting due diligence and providing client performance reporting
Managing the submission and implementation of strategies in the team's onboarding application
Instructing Operations to update product availability in trading systems
Managing the pipeline of strategies in flight and providing appropriate transparency across the organization
Coordinating with a cross-functional team (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Risk, Ops, Tech, etc.) to establish a framework for supporting internally-managed strategies
Negotiating with third parties
