Warren Recruiting's client, a leading national research hospital, is seeking a talented IP Licensing Attorney to join their thriving legal support team. The ideal IP Lawyer will have experience including IP Licensing will provide legal counsel, assistance, analysis, and guidance on intellectual property law and legal issues involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, and on intellectual property-related business and transactional matters with a particular emphasis on transactions and legal issues concerning the patentability, development, and commercialization. This IP Counsel will support the Office of Technology Commercialization.
A law degree and 6+ year of experience of IP Law is required to join this collaborative team. Strong benefits and long term advancement are abundant. 100% Remote, but must reside in Texas.
