IT and Cybersecurity Professionals

Synectic Solutions Incorporated is looking for qualified IT and Cybersecurity professionals!

As Synectic Solutions continues to grow in the Defense Industrial Base, so does the need for qualified IT and Cybersecurity staff to support the warfighter.

Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen 
• Ability to pass background screening that includes: SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background. 
• IAT Level II Certification for IT Positions, and a minimum of an IAM Level II Certification for Cybersecurity. Details on specific certifications in accordance with DoD 8570 are here: https://public.cyber.mil/wid/dod8140/dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications/  
• Knowledge of NIST standards, including NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171. 
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance eligibility required. Active Secret eligibility is acceptable as long as the individual is able to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility. 
• High School diploma or GED
