We are seeking an entry-level IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team!
The IT Help Desk is the first-line member of the IT team assisting end users with support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes but is not limited to diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PCs, hardware, servers, printers, phones, and networks) to ensure optimal workstation performance and end-user experience. We are looking for someone ready to shine and grow with the company.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; may be expected to work outside of those standard hours from time to time to assist with any ongoing IT projects.

We are seeking an entry-level IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team!
The IT Help Desk is the first-line member of the IT team assisting end users with support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes but is not limited to diagnosing, repairing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PCs, hardware, servers, printers, phones, and networks) to ensure optimal workstation performance and end-user experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Resolve and respond to end-user requests using email, chat, and ticket system
- Providing Tier 1 support for computers, laptops, printers, telephones, and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, VoIP phone systems, and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Responsible for ensuring that security measures are maintained for computers, notebooks, or other mobile devices that access the network
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software
- Use tools and methodologies to image, load, copy, and/or customize Windows operating system configurations for deployment
- Familiarize end users with basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation
- Ability to develop an understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business-related processes and procedures
- Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
- Maintain and demonstrate a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices, and procedures
- Have a reliable form of transportation to report to the office during office hours
- 2 year technical degree in information systems with related subject or 1+ year of desktop support experience
- or 2+ years of experience with no degree
- Independent problem-solving and self-direction
- Ability to work efficiently, organized, prioritize tasks and projects appropriately
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to end users
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Great customer service and team-work mentality
- Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration
- Experience with Antivirus and Malware management
- Familiarity with VoIP and/or Cloud based telephone system concepts and administration
- Experience with patch management and networking
- Certifications are a plus
