Responsibilities
Cost Efficiency and Contract Management:
Monitor and manage procurement costs to align with budgetary requirements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through insightful expenditure analysis.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with IT vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Sourcing And Vendor Relationships
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential IT vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
Negotiate effectively to maximize value and benefit for the organization.
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure vendors meet our high standards of reliability and quality.
Procurement Planning And Execution
Implement best practices for procurement processes to streamline operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast IT needs and plan procurement activities.
Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
Quality Assurance And Compliance
Ensure all IT products and services meet our stringent quality standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring efficient asset tracking and maintenance.
Inventory And Risk Management
Oversee IT inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize risks.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with IT suppliers, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
Skills And Abilities
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Details
