IT Project Administrator
IT background or relevant experience
IT project or program management experience
Organizational and tracking skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong coordination and follow-up skills for managing multiple requests
Experience with IT ticketing tools, preferably BMC Remedy and/or ServiceNow
Microsoft SharePoint experience
Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas and functions
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations for upper management
