This role is responsible for ensuring that all technology clients are provided efficient and timely support.
Reporting to the Manager, IT Support, you will collaborate with staff to continuously improve technology
adoption by providing training, documentation, and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides IT and desktop support services to internal staff, vendors, and event staff
Configures and deploys IT equipment
Systems administration of Google Workplace and M365
Supports employee onboarding and offboarding
Supports the implementation of new technology products and services
Provides event related technology support and assistance
Provides support for meetings and meeting spaces that are in person, hybrid, and virtual
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-2 years of IT experience
Working knowledge of diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, Internet
connectivity, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, M365, Google Workspace
Experience with IT ticketing software (ITSM) preferred
Requires being on call and the ability to respond to emergency issues during off hours
