About This Role

IT Support Technicians must display good interpersonal skills to interact with clients from various industries and executive levels. They must listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement technical solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for installation and maintenance of desktop computers, applications, and related technologies.
  • Responsible for end-user support for all computer and communications systems, networking, and server-side maintenance.
  • Applicants must provide professional, prompt, and courteous end-user assistance for all computing devices and applications.
  • Support over 600 employees with daily IT issues
  • Repair IT equipment including laptops, phones, projectors, and tv’s
  • Create user logins for Office365, ServiceLine, SwipeSImple, Succesware, FTNI, and GreenSky
  • Help manage 300+ phone lines
  • Train new employees on company applications
  • Audited Company Accounts to ensure accuracy and security for the greater Milestone organization
  • Troubleshoot and replace hardware, hard drives, memory, and other networking peripherals. Install operating systems, reload, desktops, and notebooks.
  • Partner with the help-desk ticket system to track and resolve issues.
  • The qualified applicant must have the ability to handle a large number of calls and tickets and the ability to work with users of all levels.
  • An eager and helpful attitude is a must. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
