We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support across various platforms, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience for our 55 employees. The position reports to the Director of IT and will have the opportunity to learn skills in network administration, SaaS administration, cybersecurity, GRC, project management and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for BlueCherry ERP, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps, Teams, Dynamics 365), Slack, and Asana.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Jira Service Management, and Splashtop.
• Resolve help desk tickets efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their technical skills and usage of company systems.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including setting up workstations and accounts.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory to assist with compliance and procurement.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in help desk support or customer service.
• Familiarity with some of the supported systems listed above.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly BlueCherry.
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) tools like Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Asana and Slack.
• Familiarity with retail/e-commerce industry.

This role is full time based in our New York City office. The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Julie Vos’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to education, skills, experience and performance.
