The IT Support Level 2 will provide support and troubleshooting for Superior Construction’s IT infrastructure and its users.
Administer a variety of technical projects related to setup, maintenance, and support.
Essential Functions

Assist Level 1 support with escalated user requests or issues utilizing an ITSM ticketing system.
Effectively communicates with end-users via telephone, email, and chat to ensure excellent service is provided.
Resolves account, operating system, application, software, mobile device, desktop, and network issues. Installs and maintains network hardware such as routers, gateways, and access points.
Promote and maintain Cybersecurity Maintain inventory utilizing an asset management system.

Provide user support by responding to user requests or issues via ITSM ticketing system
Assist other members in the IT department with IT support or project-related tasks
Install and test software upgrades or patches to business-related software
Installs and maintain PC operating systems and business-related software
Assists in the IT onboarding process of new employees
Assists in the IT termination process of employees
Report and escalate any user requests or issues where additional assistance is required for resolution
Provides individual and group instruction, as needed, on the use of equipment or software

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

The incumbent regularly sits for long periods at a desk in front of a computer screen. The employee occasionally may be required to lift, push, pull, or carry objects; typically, when filing is needed.

The role requires minimal travel, up to 5%.
Required Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or a related field
Minimum 5-8 years’ of related work experience
Preferred Education And Experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Viewpoint experience preferred
OnBase experience preferred
IT ticketing system experience preferred
Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
