Compensation for onsite WA applicants is $30.83/hour. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Monitor the help desk ticketing system and respond timely to technical user problems and document repairs/services
Provide daily, first-level support and maintenance of the technology environment to users by analyzing and resolving reported technical problems
Perform hardware deployments, maintenance, and support
Support employee onboarding
Assist and train users on the use of productivity tools and in-house developed software
Assist the IT department with infrastructure maintenance as needed
Identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and support, and present relevant information and recommendations to management
Perform regular testing to verify security and quality of service
Maintain inventory of all technology assets
Perform other duties including special projects as assigned by manager to support the needs of the organization
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience in a computer operations environment providing IT help desk, technical support, or similar roles
Experience with professional and enterprise grade hardware
Hands-on experience with the following platforms and systems:
Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft Office and cloud products
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Windows Server
Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Wired and wireless networking
Telephony
MFA and SSO
Certifications in relevant products and concepts is preferred
Maintain a problem-solving attitude while adhering to best practices
Motivated self-starter than can also work as part of a team
High sense of urgency and ability to work
Ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements
Demonstrated ability to streamline processes
Ability to organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner
Ability to define priorities and to handle multiple tasks and projects
Calm demeanor, high customer service approach
Ability to work with vendors to maintain the highest level of a good working relationship
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test
