Job Title: IT Vendor Coordinator

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for IT vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between vendors and internal teams.
  • Streamline the procurement process for IT goods and services, encompassing vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for vendor contracts, renewals, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess IT requirements and identify potential vendor solutions.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of vendors to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in vendor evaluation and performance assessment.
  • Familiarity with IT procurement processes and vendor management tools.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Relevant certifications in vendor management or procurement are advantageous.
