Java Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.

• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.

• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution.

• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.

• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

• Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams

• Lead application migration to AWS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• 8-10 years’ experience required.

• Extensive development experience in J2EE, Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Angular, HTML, CSS, Oracle, Netezza, Unix, ETL, Shell scripting

• Hands on experience in AWS Services (Docker, ECS Faregate, CICD Pipeline, RDS, Redshift and etcs).

• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end.

• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC process.

• Hands on experience on working with RDS (oracle) in AWS environment.

• Skilled in documentation, code review, presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
