Junior Corporate and Transactional Associate Attorney (1-4 years)

The ideal candidate will have:

1) 1-4 years of experience;

2) Passed the California Bar;

3) Have attention to detail;

4) Superb reading, writing and analytical skills; 

5) Strong work ethic and be self-motivated;

6) An interest in corporate and transactional law;

7) A "go-getter" attitude but also value being part of a close team; and

8) The capability to work independently. 

At FELLP Law, you will receive high quality, hands-on training in corporate and transactional matters such as corporate formation and structuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, redemptions and buyouts, government contracts and employment counseling. You will get the opportunity to work closely with companies across a range of industries.

This is an on-site, in-person position at our Sorrento Valley office.

Compensation for this position will vary depending on experience.
