Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for a Junior Full-stack Developer with front-end & back-end Java experience to join the team delivering a transformational platform that will drive the firm's Global Transaction Banking initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience working in both front-end and back-end languages. They will collaborate with team members as part of an agile pod delivering high quality code using Java, Spring Boot, React, Typescript and HTML. Candidates will also participate in regular code reviews to learn and improve their coding skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with small, full-stack feature teams that focuses on building platform integrations
  • Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to iterative development lifecycle
  • Design and create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

A Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • Your comfortable working in both Front-end & Back-end languages.
  • You have knowledge of some of the following Java back-end development and Object-Oriented Programming: Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, JPA, SQL, JUnit, Maven, Azure Cloud Computing.
  • Experience of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Jest/Testing Libraries.
  • Experience with testing and debugging.
  • You have great communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with team members in an agile pod.
  • Eagar to learn new technologies and how you can implement them in your work.
  • A deep curiosity about programming and software in general.

The IT Support Analyst IV TDS provides a broad range of systems / application support, research and analysis, administration, performance availability monitoring and management for own area.

Depth & Scope

  • Performs work on all aspects of the application/system support
  • Acts as a reference for team members or clients
  • Performs moderate to highly complex applications/systems support under minimal management supervision
  • Resolves client applications issues
  • Configures, upgrades, administers business applications in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders
  • Develops scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps in the application/system, to simplify and enhance the application/system environment
  • Performs problem determination including data gathering and analysis
  • Generally reports to a Manager or Senior Manager

Education & Experience

  • College degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience
  • Up to 5 year related experience
