Compensation
Competitive salary of $132,500 at plan earnings
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with mortgage lenders, underwriters, loan processors, senior MLOs (Mortgage Loan Originators), and realtors to ensure seamless loan transactions for applicants.
Engage with potential loan applicants, addressing inquiries, and offering comprehensive information on home loan products to foster meaningful relationships.
Assess applicant's financial status and work alongside senior loan officers to recommend suitable home loan products.
Manage sales pipeline, surpass sales targets, foster referrals, and identify new business prospects.
Gather financial data, assist applicants with loan applications, and evaluate financial eligibility for loan approval.
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in communication, sales, relationship-building, and MS Office suite.
Willingness to undergo training to obtain NMLS/MLO/state license.
Previous experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is beneficial.
Familiarity with loan program guidelines and various loan types (e.g., FHA, commercial loans, VA) is advantageous.
