  • Technical Skills (Mandatory)
    • Understanding database schema (data model and tables)
    • Experience in SQL (queries & joins)
    • Searching in Splunk Logs
    • Searching in POD Logs (from Kubernetes microservice deployment)
  • Strong Trouble-Shooting Techniques
  • Good Analysis-Report-Documentation skills
  • Coordination with Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support teams
