Our skilled trades include Tool and Die Makers, Instrumentation, Multi-Craft , Machinists, Pipe-fitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work Coordinators, EH&S, Welders, Pipe Insulators, Carpenters, Preventative Maintenance Technicians , Planners, Glass Blowers and others.

Our skilled trades include Tool and Die Makers, Instrumentation, Multi-Craft , Machinists, Pipe-fitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work Coordinators, EH&S, Welders, Pipe Insulators, Carpenters, Preventative Maintenance Technicians , Planners, Glass Blowers and others.
Requirements
- strong knowledge in calibrating instruments of flow
- pressure and level transmitters
- thermocouples
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Troubleshoot and repair instruments and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with focal point Process Control Technologist
- temperature controllers
- troubleshooting 480v and below
- repair 480v and below
- workable knowledge of test meters
- Install, calibrate, maintain industrial control system
- Install wiring based on code requirements
- Analytical equipment troubleshooting/design and build
- heaters
- Preferred five years of experience in instrumentation and electrical, including experience in installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing equipment
- Demonstrated use and understanding of physical standards of mass, temperature flow and pressure.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Required ability to be able to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams and specification manuals.
- Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance
- Must be able to work with various researchers in different locations
- Must have data base experience with record keeping and documentation accuracy
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment
- Must have electrical experience with Contacts, Mods, ABB Drives and relays
- Must have panel building experience
- Must have an understanding of regulatory and compliance regulations
