Description

The candidate will support the Chemistry and Regulatory Testing and regulatory submission for our Partner Labs. The position will be located on-site in the Durham, NC laboratory.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples (such as aerosols) using the correct testing equipment.
  • Designing and executing laboratory testing in line with standard procedures.
  • Recording observations and interpreting findings related to aerosol properties.
  • Perform routine collection of aerosol samples from ENDS devices.
  • Perform preparation of samples for analysis.
  • Cleaning of laboratory glassware.
  • Write and review scientific documents in a timely manner (SOPs, VOPs, and Work Instructions).
  • Manage the regulatory documents systematically in a highly organized fashion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents.
  • Ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High motivation and flexibility.
  • ENDS or nicotine-related product experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated laboratory environment such as ISO 17025 is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience

Pay Rate: $30/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract
